We are a remote only organization and as such, we do not have a ‘home’ location. For some business’ owners this might be a red flag but the reality is that we realized early on that our team can have a better work life balance if they can work from anywhere. The benefit, great work done by engaged and motivated people.
This question makes us happy. We strongly support the idea of staff working remotely. Not only does it give them a better work life balance but many studies have found that productivity increases. The answer is yes, and we would be delighted to assist.
The core team is relatively small, but this team provides much of the higher level experience and expertise. Along with this team we have a group of vetted specialists with skills in many areas that we can dynamically bring into the fold at anytime to work with us on any project for our clients.
We are a technology first company which means we prefer communicating via email, text and video calls. If, as a customer, you prefer using the telephone we would be more than happy to provide you with our phone number….if we can remember what it is…lol
Most definitely. The principle senior leaders for Angry Penguin Solutions have many years of senior leadership experience in organizations large and small so they have seen it all and can use that experience to enable your growth.
Simple answer, we are technology agnostic. We prefer to talk with you and see what your needs are before we start talking frontend, backend, programming language, CMS, etc… but for those who like a lot of tech talk, we have significant inhouse skills in JavaScript, Node.js, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, C#, Java, SQL, NoSQL, WordPress, Wix, Spotify, etc… and don’t get me started on network technology, we’ll be here all day. Also… we have experience in security… but that’s a secret.
